How much should i be lifting for bench, squat, clean, and deadlift?

Okay well i was lifting every day during the summer and football off seasonuntill my lacrosse started and now im starting lifting again how much should i be doing for my size. Im 140 and 5'7. Also if i want to play running back andsafetyy how much do i need to gain and how much weight should i be lifting

it depends what year if freshman you should do good jv you migh struggle a bit varstiy no chance...

but for bench you should max 150 try to hit 165
squat 225 try to hit 260-80
clean 110 try to go at 125-30
dead lift i dont know because my team doesnt do taht
